Happy New Year! Many of my customers start with a resolution to lose weight, to this I say forget it. Rather, make a resolution to be healthier. Whether or not you lose weight being healthy is more important. If losing weight is part of your being healthy go for it by changing gradually your diet and start exercising. If you like soft drinks, star by giving up a can a week and replace it with water. If you are like me and pasta and breads are your weaknesses, give up having bread one day. The goal is to change behavior to bring about results.
